Return & Refund Policy

Once you place an order with the Company and such order has been processed, you shall not be permitted to cancel or modify such order. You can only return damaged products or products that are not as per your order. Returns must comply with the return conditions as set out in our returns and refund policy.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

What can be returned:

Damaged Items: We’ll accept returns for items that arrive damaged. Please keep all packaging and contact us right away.
Unsatisfied Purchases: You can return unopened, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags attached for a full refund.

How to Return:

Return the Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging and return us.
Refund Approval: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
