Delivery: Products will be delivered using the shipping method specified in your order. If, for any reason, Cosmotrix decides to use an alternative shipping method different from the one specified in your order, you will not incur any additional charges for the delivery.
Return and Refund Policy
Return Conditions: Once an order is placed and processed by Cosmotrix, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Products: You may return products that are damaged upon receipt or do not match your order confirmation. Please contact us immediately upon discovering any issues to initiate the return process.
Product Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason other than damage or incorrect delivery, you may return it in its original packaging within 7 days of arrival. Please note that in such cases, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and verifying returned products, we will process refunds back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
